World Migratory Bird Day at San Diego NWR

San Diego National Wildlife Refuge Complex and California State Parks are partnering to offer an educational event at an up and coming location on San Diego Bay National Wildlife Refuge. The areas surrounding the Bayside Birding and Walking trail have undergone extensive habitat restoration and is seeing heightened traffic due to the opening of the adjacent Bikeway Village. World Migratory Bird day is a great time to familiarize locals with this beautiful resource and kick off monthly guided bird tours with a volunteer event, art projects, and birding tutorials!
