Migratory birds - their future is our future
World Migratory Bird Day is on 10 May 2017. Here at the Adelaide International Bird Sanctuary we've decided to celebrate with a competition. We'd like to give you the opportunity to have your digital artwork or photo printed on one of our special edition postcards.
World Migratory Bird Day is an annual global celebration of the incredible journey across hundreds of thousands of kilometres that migratory birds make every year.
This year’s theme is ‘their future is our future’, highlighting the wide range of threats migratory birds currently face, many of which are caused by human activities.
The prize
For one lucky winner, we’ll give away a 12 month unlimited Zoos South Australia membership so you can get up close and personal with some of our feathered friends.
