Migratory Bird Celebration

Celebrate migratory birds worldwide, and learn more about Hawk Mountain's own work to protect migratory raptors. Join trained biologists at the Lookout to help spot and identify passing migrants (9 am-4 pm), learn from professional conservation trainees how scientists track and trap long-distance migrants (11 am), and see a live "Birds from Around the World" presentation courtesy of Lehigh Valley Zoo at noon. Hawk Mountain also will present a live hawk or owl program at 11 and 2 pm.
