Coulee Clean-Up/Shoreline Clean-Up at Botterill Bottom Park

Do you want to help keep our local waterways clean? Join the Nature Centre at a shoreline clean-up to help better understand the types of garbage affecting Lethbridge's shorelines. Help pick up garbage along the banks of the Oldman River!  We provide gloves, bags, and checklists to track the types of garbage found. Please plan to wear sturdy footwear, dress for the weather, and bring a friend! No pre-registration necessary, simply meet at the designated location!

For this clean-up at Botterill Bottom Park please plan to meet at boat launch at 1pm. This citizen science conservation project will give us an opportunity to learn about the types of litter found at a popular Lethbridge recreation area while making it safer for all wildlife - including birds!
