Walk for Toondah

Celebrate Migratory Bird day with a family friendly event at Raby Bay Harbour Park next to the Cleveland Train station.

There will be stalls from local community groups, music and a visit from Beako the masive Far Eastern Curlew puppet.

We will do a slow, short walk around Cleveland Town to show we say "NO" to 3600 units being built in the bay.

The mudflats, used by critically endangered migratory shorebirds, will be destroyed along with many trees that are used by endangered koalas.

The Stradbroke Island/Minjerribah ferries leave from this area that will be a construction worksite for up to 20 years if the proposed project goes ahead.
