SPEA is an ONG that develops several conservation projects aiming to preserve bird species and their habitat in Potugal. In the Azores arquipelago a LIFE project was developed to preserve the marine birds called "Safe Islands for Seabirds"that ended last year.
To comemorate the World Migratory Day SPEA will host an event where several documentaries related to the works done to preserve marine birds, including the Cory's Shearwater (Calonectris diomedea burealis)will be shown in the Interpretation Centre of Priolo. The program for this event will be available in the www.centropriolo.com closer to the date.
