World Migratory Bird Day Celebration

8:30 – 9:30 am Members only Bird Walk am at Woodland Garden, APC Nurture Trail, Duck Lake. Meet at Denver Zoo entrance to begin.
9:30 -11:30 am Observation station for Cormorant & night heron nest count, waterfowl viewing behind Bird World with spotting scopes and binoculars.
10:00 am – 12:00 pm Bird Strike and Bird Friendly glass display table in Bird World Theme Hall Entrance.
11:15 -1130 am Red-crowned crane Keeper talk on the Nurture Trail by Lorikeet Plaza.
12:30 – 1:00 pm Piping Plover Plinko game and Keeper talk near Bird World Seashore & Swamp exhibit.
2:15 – 2:30 pm Cinereous vulture Keeper talk at Cinereous vulture exhibit at east side of old Pachy building.
