Migration Celebration

Migration Celebration is a FREE event for all ages with a purpose of educating the public, encouraging an appreciation for nature, fostering a respect for wildlife, and of course have fun! 2018 marks the centennial of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, the most important bird-protection law ever passed. In honor of this milestone, hundreds of organizations and millions of people around the world have joined forces to celebrate 2018 as the “Year of the Bird” and commit to protecting birds today and for the next hundred years. Our event features themed guided tours, live animals, kid's crafts, exhibitors from local environmental organizations and much more. We hope you will join us in this celebration!
