Crane Trust Spring Bird Count by Crane Trust

In celebration of World Migratory Bird Day and Nebraska Bird Month we will hold our spring count, which is open to the public, on Tuesday May 14th 2019. We will meet at 6:30 am at the Crane Trust's main headquarters (6611 W Whooping Crane Drive, Wood River, Nebraska 68883). We will consolidate into as few cars as possible and split into teams of 3-4 to cover as many sites as possible within our allotted sampling area. We will count birds in a variety of habitats from car and on foot. The event will last until approximately 10:30 am or 11:00 am. Please contact Andrew J.
