Birdathon 2020 is a celebration of LOCAL birding, whether it occurs in your yard, your town, or within walking range. Instead of teams competing against each other for high species totals and bragging rights, we’re all in this one together – the more people we have the better we’ll do, and perhaps set a bar we can try to overcome in a future year. The goal is simple: Let’s see how many species we can COLLECTIVELY find within New Hampshire on May 9.
Now, more than ever, the natural world is a source of comfort, healing, and strength. As you join us in celebrating Birdathon 2020, we ask you to think back on a time when seeing a particular bird or just being outside made your life a little better.
