Birding in the Beach

Please join us and the Town of Brookhaven Environmental Educator Nicole Pocchiare in celebrating International Migratory Bird Day.  Long Island is a popular stop-over and nesting area for many avian species.  We will observe and identify these birds that dine, mate and thrive on our coast.  We will meet at the pavilion. Please wear closed comfortable shoes; also bring binoculars and a field guide.  Registration begins Monday, April 18, at 9:30 a.m.
